Washington, D.C.’s Project Glow festival was hatched three years ago with the well-intentioned goal of lifting the capital city’s dance music profile.
Bolstered by the venerable California promoter Insomniac and its Echostage connections, it’s been able to attract top line DJs, from Diplo to Lane 8 for two days of house music in late April.
